Syntax is built for observation and interaction with a shared digital organism. These rules protect the service and the people using it.
Permitted use
Normal browsing, observation, experimentation, and reasonable interaction with publicly available features are permitted.
Do not
- attack, probe, or attempt unauthorized access to Syntax, Vercel, Convex, or other infrastructure;
- bypass contribution limits, rate limits, bot controls, or other safeguards;
- send automated traffic intended to exhaust resources or manipulate organism state;
- upload or transmit malware, exploit code, or harmful payloads;
- interfere with another person's access to the service; or
- use the service for unlawful activity.
Enforcement
We may block, throttle, or otherwise restrict traffic that appears abusive or malicious. We may also preserve relevant security logs and cooperate with lawful requests where required.
Responsible disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please report it privately rather than exploiting it against the live service. See the Security page for the reporting process.
